When you contact me I collect your name, address, phone number and email.
This information I receive direct from you is necessary for me to carry out my work.

How your personal information is stored:
NAME and ADDRESS on drawings, quotes and invoices will be stored on personal computer, lap-top, ipad, iPhone and on the cloud along with your garden designs, photos of your garden and associated documents. These will be filed under the first line of your address. Paper copies of drawings are also stored in plan chest within this office.
TELEPHONE NUMBER (home and/ or mobile number) may be stored with your name on a mobile phone address book and in your project folder, which may be backed up to the cloud.
EMAIL ADDRESS and EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE will be stored with your name on our email server.
The PC, portable hard-drive and icloud are all password protected and only accessible by Us.
